Copy the link of your Twitter video just like the screenshot above.
Go to TwDown.net website and Paste the twitter video link in the input box, then Click Download.
Select your preferred video quality from the list and Click on Download (or Right-Click -> Save as...). Other than that, you can also convert the video to MP3 from the list.
